We offer a comprehensive home detector audit service for all types of residential buildings, including houses, rental properties, weekly rentals, apartments, condos, or any place where people reside. Our skilled team will diligently inspect each home detector, conducting thorough tests by utilizing the device’s test button and simulating smoke. Furthermore, we will assess the age of every detector and provide expert recommendations for replacing any units that have exceeded five years of service, unless stated otherwise on the device itself. We will also look for the appropriate number of home detectors and their proper placement. Any home detector we install will come with a certificate for a ten-year guarantee.

We will utilize your blueprint to meticulously design and position the home detectors in your new home, ensuring utmost accuracy and effectiveness. We will collaborate closely with your esteemed electrician, offering our expert guidance on the optimal positioning and fitting of home detectors.
We will come at the final stage and thoroughly test all of the home detectors and provide you with a certificate for a ten-year guarantee.
Cost: Materials plus $299 donation.
We will enter and collaborate with your electricians to carry out the installation of the wiring and boxes during the construction phase. Subsequently, we will return to install the home detectors during the final phase. We will meticulously test all the home detectors and provide you with a certificate for a ten-year guarantee.
